My sister and I were her only granddaughters as my mother is an only child. We spent many summers traveling to Hawaii, RV trips around the US, driving the antique cars around Yellowstone and playing slot machines in the family room. She always spoiled us rotten! My favorite memories were dancing around the living room to "How Much is That Doggy in the Window" and "You're Too Old to Cut the Mustard Anymore..." I can't wait to share those records with my kids.
She lived a wonderful life. She traveled the world and loved her diamonds and furs. She never wanted for anything. Grandpa Chuck adored her and now they are together again.
She will be missed dearly. I was able to talk to her on the phone yesterday and tell her how much I loved her. I can see her dancing around with Grandpa Chuck, her Mum and Dad, and all of her Elk Friends in Heaven. She was one of a kind. "Look at that beautiful creature you" every time she looked in the mirror... I have so many wonderful memories. My sister said it best.. "She went out with a bang"... on the 4th of July.. while she was dreaming. Love you Grandma... see you later!

WHAT A SWEET LADY!
I used to dance around my Grandma's living room too, such fun memories. There is no
love like a Grandma's love.
She is watching over Owen now making sure he gets that perfect heart.
Peace and Comfort to you and your family.

I am so sorry for your loss but so happy to know she is with your grandpa and she no longer has Alzheimer's. What a blessing that she got to know all her great grand kids. My grandma brought us up on "how much is that doggy in the window" also
I have the book and a Charlie Chips potato chip can that plays it
