Not my BIG Guy, but my LITTLE one!! It is Saturday and I am bored. Carson is playing his Fable II, Kamryn is playing Pokemon on her DS, Owen and I are just plain bored. I was going to bake some cookies (which I may still do), but I can't just eat ONE... I eat a TON... then I get sick... and I know you ALL know what I'm talking about. So Owen wanted to play with the camera and PLAY we did!! He's trying to figure out why I'm in the picture WITH him... I'm usually on the other side of the lens.
Doesn't he look SO embarassed in this one?? "Stop kissing me on camera mom!!"
I had to increase his Oxygen AGAIN and now we're up to a liter. He keeps dropping into the 60's and that just isn't acceptable. I've been organizing things around the house procrastinating ... I just have a feeling that things are going to happen quickly with him and LA. I don't want to leave Carson here with SO much to deal with, so I SHOULD get started. But not today... I will go make cookies instead! Speaking of cookies...Owen has a NEW beverage of choice.... ICY COLD MILK!!
THANK YOU for the jogging stroller Panfi... I took Owen jogging last night and it felt wonderful painful, but I will go again tonight anyway!

Love the pictures Andrea...too cute! Also when you make it to L.A., I would love to meet you and Owen and offer any help to you that you might need. We are about an hour east of L.A. so not too far...please let me know if there is anything I can do! Best wishes...

I love your guy...he's such a cutie. That's great he's liking milk :) I think he's just going to pass this baby food stuff and go right to big boy food. He's interested and that's great! And by the way, I made Brownies and ate half the pan too...you're not alone! I always say that I just wish Maddie liked food as much as I do! Someday, I hope!!!
You both look so good and what great memories together. I think of you all the time and I pray that everything will flow smoothly for you, Owen, Carson and Kamryn. Eat a cookie for me as I LOVE chocolate chip cookies. There is not a better desert in my opinion!

Hello,
I found your page off of MckMammas. My son has HLHS also. He's four and just finished the Fontan. He is doing o.k. heart-wise, but is developmentally behind with gross motor. He is in a wheelchair now. Just thought I would say hello, as a fellow "heart mom". :)
Have a great day.
