We Made It
After a very long, 12 hour drive, we made it! Exhausted. Thankful that our kiddos were angels for the entire trip. Excited for the upcoming days ahead!

Best of luck on your Stanford visit. I hope you get a photo of Owen and Moriah meeting for the first time.....priceless!
Owen is in my prayers for the best visit yet.
I'm so excited that you made it. YEAH! Let the vacation begin!! I'm so excited that you posted and I hope that you can post throughout your vacation. It will be fun and exciting at my end as well.
But I'm also a little nervous for you... are you nervous for Owen's appointment? when is it? I was okay until you mentioned that you might not come home. We will pray for little Owen that he has a good appointment. I'm excited for you to meet Mason. :)

I don't comment often, but wrote you a while back when you were talking about PCOS. I'm praying for your Stanford visit. You are visiting California at a beautiful time of year!
If you have time and want a fun day trip, head over Highway 92 and down Highway 1 to Pescadero. It is a very cute coastal town that has a fabulous restaurant called Duarte's (you have to get the artichoke soup!). The little grocery store, Arcangeli's, makes homemade bread all day and sells local produce. Our last stop there is usually Harley Goat Farm. The owner is a very friendly English lady. You can get up close and personal with the goats. They have tours where you can watch them milk the goats and make goat cheese. Most of the babies were just born, so you can hold and pet some of the baby goats. Anyhow, it is a kid-friendly trip that you may enjoy. Pescadero State Beach is right there too... a fun stop for tide-pools and waves.

WHEW...I am glad you made it too!
(people don't quite get why I like to drive sometimes too rather than take all the JUNK on the plane)
